About your Coach
35+ years of business experience. One-to-one coaching focused on what comes next.
I’m Adriaan Romijn, an international coach, entrepreneur and former business leader with more than 35 years of professional experience across technology, sales, marketing, leadership and entrepreneurship.
My career has taken me from IT consulting and management to senior commercial and executive roles, including Managing Director, sales leadership and international business development. I have built businesses, led teams, developed new markets and worked with organizations ranging from startups to global technology companies.
Today, I bring that experience into my coaching. I support professionals, executives and entrepreneurs navigating career transitions, leadership challenges and business decisions — combining strategic perspective with practical, real-world experience.

1. How do I know which coaching option is right for me?
Start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation. We’ll discuss your situation, goals and priorities and determine which type of support best fits your needs.
2. Are sessions online or in person?
Both are possible. Online coaching is available worldwide. In-person coaching may be available by arrangement, including in the Netherlands during my regular visits.
3. Do I need to commit to a long-term program?
No. You can book an individual session without any further commitment. For ongoing support, Coaching Programs are available for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
4. What happens between coaching sessions?
Ongoing programs include email support between sessions. Depending on your needs, I may also provide practical tools, resources or actions to support your progress.
5. Do you also offer outplacement coaching?
Yes. Outplacement coaching is available for individuals and organizations. Programs are tailored to the scope, duration and level of support required.
